eastvibes magazine
8.5” x 11” saddle stitched magazine
Our student publication needed an engaging and cohesive magazine issue that authentically represented underground stories and voices, requiring original reporting, strong visuals, and a unified aesthetic.
In collaboration with fellow students, multiple feature articles were researched and written, including conducting in-depth interviews to ensure the narratives were authentic and compelling. Layout and graphic systems were developed to create a visually coherent publication by unifying typography, image treatments, and thematic elements.
The final magazine presented a polished, professional standard of storytelling and design, reflecting a collaborative effort rooted in research and artistic vision. The publication was well-received by the art directors, recognized for both its visual impact and journalistic integrity.
